This fully operational pension house is located just a few minutes from the public market, SM, and the Puerto Princesa International Airport. The property’s high accessibility and close proximity to other landmarks makes it ideal for business. Tourists staying to see the City’s local attractions are the typical clientele. Puerto Princesa also serves as a pit stop for tourists before heading out to see other attractions in the North of Palawan such as El Nido, San Vicente and Coron.
The three-storey building was built in 2014 and the Pension house started operating in 2015. The owners, a lovely lady and her European husband started building their business from the ground up.
Over the years, they have acquired regular guests and valuable contacts and partnerships. Apart from their online reservations in various booking websites (such as Agoda, TripAdvisor, and Booking..com).
The pension has also partnered with some tricycle drivers and operators to bring guests from the airport that needed accommodation.
From 10 rooms, it now has 12 to match the demands. It also has an extra space right at the front of the building that serves as an office for the business.
The top floor can be further developed to add additional rooms to accommodate backpackers and meet present market trends and demands.
The building is equipped with WIFI, CCTV and a brand new power generator to ensure the guests’ security and comfort.
